摘要
虽然糖皮质激素可广泛用于慢性感染和免疫疾病，但并不是对所有患者均有效。众所周知，哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾患（COPD）在其气道均发生了激活的炎症过程，对于哮喘患者来说，糖皮质激素对大部分患者是有效的，而对于COPD患者来说，激素的作用非常有限^[1]。
