钙钛矿型La_(1-x)Pb_xCoO_3的制备及其光催化性能 被引量:9

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钙钛矿型稀土复合氧化物La1-xPbxCoO3。利用XRD,SEM对纳米颗粒的结构、形貌及粒径大小进行了表征。结果表明,所合成的颗粒为钙钛矿型,呈球形,粒径均匀,约为100nm。通过对活性艳红X-3B的降解情况对其光催化活性进行了研究。结果表明,经过A位掺杂的LaCoO3,光催化活性明显提高,其中La0.6Pb0.4CoO3效果最佳。 Nano- perovskite type rare earth mixed oxides La1-xPbxCoO3 were synthesized by solgel method. The size, structure and appearance of the synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results of the as - prepared La1-xPbxCoO3 nanopaticles with spherical apperance are perovskite structure and dispersive with the average size about 100nm in diameter. The photoeatalytieal activity of La1-xPbxCoO3 nanopaticles was measured by the degradation of Reactive Brilliant Red X- 3B, the results show that the A-site doping can improve the photocatalysis activity of LaCoO3, and La0.6Pb0.4CoO3 were the best one.
