水杨酸镧热稳定剂对PVC塑料热稳定性的影响及其机理研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用改进的复分解法合成水杨酸镧,并与其他热稳定剂进行二元、三元协同,添加到PVC树脂粉中,应用刚果红法进行热稳定性能的测定,用红外光谱法对样品进行表征。结果表明,二组分协同以水杨酸镧1%+硬脂酸铈1.5%的质量配比较好,其热降解温度达195℃,热稳定时间可达270秒;0.5%水杨酸镧+0.5%硬脂酸铈+1.0%三碱硫酸铅三组分协同显示了优异的热稳定性能,热稳定时间达到702秒,热降解温度达到了216℃,水杨酸镧,硬脂酸铈,三碱硫酸铅三元复合的热稳定剂的稳定机理可能为继稳定机理。 Lanthanum salicylate was prepared by the improved double decomposition. It was used as one of the heat stabilizers with binary or ternary ingredients to be added to PVC powder. The thermal stability of PVC was determined by congo - red test paper, and the sample was characterized by infrared spectra. The results show that lanthanum salicylate 1% + cerium stearate 1.5% is the optimal proportion among the different ratios of the bi - components heat stabilizers, and after adding it, the thermal degradation temperature and stable thne of the PVC powder are 195℃ and 270s, respectively. The three - component stabilizer with lanthanum sahcylate 0.5%, cerium stearate 0.5%, 2PbO·PbSO4·2H2O 1.0 % displays excellent heat stability. The thermal degradation tempera- ture of the PVC powder with it can reach 216℃, and the stable time reaches 702s. The functional mechanism of the above three - component stabilizer may be continuous function mechanism.
