摘要 采用自行研制的三种Cu-RE精炼剂对紫杂铜进行了精炼试验,采用等离子体发射光谱、能谱分析、金相分析和X射线衍射分析等方法,分析和研究了添加稀土对紫杂铜精炼效果及其对组织的影响。试验结果表明,在紫杂铜中加入适量的稀土精炼剂,精炼和脱氧效果良好,可明显减少O、Pb、Bi、Sn、Al等杂质元素;添加适量稀土元素,还可使紫杂铜铸造组织的枝晶细化,组织更加均匀。 Three kinds of serf- prepared Cu- RE refining agents were used to refine impure - copper. The influences of rare earth (RE) elements on refinements and structures were studied by means of the plasma emission spectrum,EDS, OM and XRD. The results show that by adding proper amounts of Cu-RE refining agents into impure-coppers, the refinements of RE on impure-coppers are perfect. The impurity elements such as O, Pb, Bi, Sn, AI are reduced obviously. The dendrites of the RE- refined ingot are refined and the structure becomes more homogeneous.
