摘要
本文推导出支配液压泵配流盘上矩形阻尼槽道内液体流动的基本方程式,并用有限元方法加以数值求解,得到断面上速度分布规律和流量等参数,计算结果与实验结果基本吻合。为正确设计配流盘上的矩形阻尼槽道提供了依据。
In this paper the equations which describe the fluid flow in rectangle cross section duct of hydraulic pump distribution board have been derived. The numerical results that present the velocity and flowrate have been obtained by solution of the equations with the method of finite element, which are in good agreement with the experiment ones. It proves that the mathematical model set up and calculating methods are correct and provids the data for design the distribution board correctly.
