摘要
目的了解孕妇膳食营养与缺铁性贫血的关系,为预防孕妇贫血提供依据。方法以不同孕周的孕妇为研究对象,进行3日膳食调查分析与生化测定。结果孕妇缺铁性贫血在中晚期明显高于早期,孕妇膳食中铁的摄入量不足,吸收率低。结论孕期需强化铁的营养补充,增加动物性铁的摄入,提高吸收率,保障机体营养需要。
Objective To investigate the relationship between iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and the diet and nutrition of the pregnant woman in the cities, and provide the reference for preventing,woman in the pregnancy from IDA. Methods Women in different pregnancy week were enrolled in the investigation,72 hours diet survey and biochemical measurement was taken. Results The incidence of IDA in second and third trimester of pregnancy was significantly higher than that in first trimester of pregnancy. The absorbency of iron from dietary was lack and lack and lower than RDA standard, and in particular the proportion of the plant iron in dietary iron was nearly half. Conclusions Pregnant women should increase iron nutritional supplements, esPecially increase the intake of animalistic iron and enhance absorption rate to ensure organism nutrition need.
