摘要
1,3-二溴丙烷经三苯基磷取代,再以双甲基胺置换可得3-N,N-二甲基-三苯基磷丙胺(4),另以二苯并环庚烯酮,经溴化反应、消除反应得到5H-二苯并[a,d]环庚三烯-5-酮(5)。4和5在氨基钠的作用下进行缩合得到产物环苯扎林。通过通过这种方法可得到纯度95%,产率76%的环苯扎林。
3-N,N-dimethyl-Triphenyl phospropylamine(4) was synthesized from 1.3-dibromopropane via replaced by bromide, doubleamine. Cyclobenzaprine was synthesized from compound 4 and 5H-2benzo [a, d]eyeloheptatriene -5-one (5) by condensation in presence of amino sodium with overall yield of about 76%,and its purity was 95%.Compound 5 was prepared from dibenzosuberone via bromine reaction ,elimination reaction in presence of Et3N.
