^99Tc^m-MDP全身骨显像诊断Erdheim-Chester病一例 被引量：4

摘要 患者女，42岁，自2005年1月以来，出现多饮、多尿，夜间能饮水6000～8000ml，无多食。2007年11月左踝部肿胀，2007年12月该部位出现疼痛，行走时疼痛明显，逐渐两踝部均肿胀。体格检查：双下肢稍肿胀，双踝部肿胀以外踝肿胀明显、有压痛、皮温正常；全身其他部位未见异常。实验室检查：尿相对密度1．015（正常参考值：1．010～1．025），白蛋白30g／L（正常参考值：35～50g／L），球蛋白34g/L（正常参考值：20～30g／L），
