锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折33例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 33 cases with treatment of comminuted proximal humeral fracture by locking proximal humerus plate.

目的探讨肱骨近端锁定接骨板(LPHP)在肱骨近端粉碎性骨折治疗中的应用和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析锁定接骨板治疗33例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床资料,评价其治疗效果。结果骨折平均愈合时间8.5周。根据Con-stant评分,优20例,良9例,中4例,优良率为87.9%。结论锁定接骨板是治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折较理想的方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of locking proximal humerus plate （LPHP）for comminuted proximal humeral fracture. Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 33 patients including 13 males and 21 females with comminuted proximal humeral fracture who were treated with Locking proximal humerus plate and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment. Results The average bone healing time was 8. 5 weeks. According to the Constant scoring system, the therapeutic outcome was excellent in 20, good in 9 and so-so in 4 cases. The excellent and good rate was 87. 9%. Conclusion LPHP is effective for comminuted proximal humeral fracture.
