粘贴法处理静脉曲张点式剥脱切口的应用

The application of pasting way to deal with the point-like-incision of varicosity.

目的探讨粘贴法处理静脉曲张点式剥脱切口的治疗效果。方法前瞻性研究100例单侧单纯性大隐静脉曲张点式剥脱术病例,随机分为两组(各50例),分别以3M静脉输液固定护贴Ⅱ型粘贴法和普通丝线缝合法处理点式剥脱切口。结果粘贴法处理点式剥脱切口与普通丝线缝合法比较,切口愈合率无显著性差异(P>0.05);术后疤痕程度、患者满意度等均优于后者(P<0.05);单个切口处理时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论粘贴法处理点式剥脱切口疗效可靠,应用简便,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of pasting method to deal with the point-like-incision of varicosity. Methods We conducted a prospective randomized trial in 100 patients with simple varicose of great saphenous vein received point-like striping operation, 50 patients per group, using 3M IVT fixing sticking to paste versus normal silk to suture the point-like incision respectively. Results There was no significant difference between the pasting group and the suturing group （P〉0. 05）, the scar degree and patients＇ satisfaction in pasting group were better （P〈0. 05）, time of dealing with single incision was obviously shortened （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The pasting method to deal with point-like striping incision has a reliable therapeutic effect and applied conveniently. It is worth generalization.
