灰黄霉素提取液脱色工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 比较了D4006、AB-8、NKA-9、D301T、D296R、D315和001×14.5等7种大孔树脂对灰黄霉素提取液的脱色效果。静态吸附实验结果表明,D301T型树脂对灰黄霉素提取液具有较好的脱色效果和较低的灰黄霉素损失率。该树脂对灰黄霉素提取液脱色的适宜操作条件为:操作温度35℃,pH5.0~6.0,吸附平衡时间20min,提取液处理量为50ml时的树脂适宜添加量为3g。动态吸附适宜流速为3ml/min。树脂吸附后可用1mol/L的NaOH溶液进行洗涤再生。灰黄霉素提取液脱色后经结晶所得灰黄霉素样品质量符合药典要求。 Deeolorization capacity of D4006, AB-8, NKA-9, D301T, D296R, D315 and 001 ×14.5 macroporous resins for griseofulvin extract were investigated. The results of static adsorption tests showed that macroporous resin D301T had higher decolorization capacity and lower griseofulvin loss ratio. The optimum conditions of D301T resin for decolorization were as follows: extract volume, 50ml; resin mass, 3g; adsorption equilibrium time, 20 min; operating temperature, 35℃ ; pH 5.0 - 6.0. The appropriate flow rate of dynamic state adsorption was 3ml/ rain. Used resin can be regenerated by washing with lmol/L NaOH. The griseofulvin crystals after decolorization comply with the pharmacopeia specification.
