摘要
目的探讨细胞外信号调节激酶(P-ERK)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与子宫内膜癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测49例子宫内膜癌、20例子宫内膜非典型增生和12例增生期内膜组织中的P-ERK。结果P-ERK在子宫内膜癌中的表达率为71.43%(35/49),明显高于非典型增生内膜的40.00%(8/20)及增生期子宫内膜的8.33%(1/12)(P均<0.05)。P-ERK在高中分化子宫内膜癌中的表达率为60.60%,显著低于低分化子宫内膜癌的93.75%(P<0.05)。P-ERK在病理分期Ⅲ期子宫内膜癌中的表达率为100%,明显高于Ⅰ期的58.62%、Ⅱ期的85.71%(P均<0.05)。此外,P-ERK在肌层浸润深度<1/2肌层深度的子宫内膜癌中的表达率为53.85%,明显小于≥1/2肌层深度的91.30%(P<0.05)。结论P-ERK与子宫内膜癌的发生和发展有关。Ras-MAPK途径的异常活化与子宫内膜癌的发生密切相关。
Objective To detect the expression of P-ERK in endometrial carcinoma. Methods Expression of P-ERK in 49 cases of endometrial carcinoma,20cases of atypical hyperplasia endomembrane, and 12cases of estrin phase endomembrane were detected by Immunohistochemistry SP method. Results Positive staining rates for P-ERK were 71.43% , which were obviously higher than that in atypical hyperplasia endomembrane (40.00%) and estrin endomembrane (8. 33% ) (P〈0. 05 ). Positive P-ERK expression in endometrial carcinoma in well differentiated(d0. 60% ) and clinical stage Ⅰ ( 58.62% ) and superficial myometrial invasion(53.85% ) was lower than in the ones of moderately and poorly differentiated ( P 〈 0.05 ) and stage Ⅱ, Ⅲ( P 〈 0.05 ) and deep myometrial invasion ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion the experiment suggests that the activations of P-ERK may be correlated with the genesis and development of endometrial eancinoma. The results showed that MAPK/ERK signaling cascaded play an important role in the genesis and progression of endometrial carcinoma.
