利用CAD/CAM个性化塑形钛网在颅骨修补中的应用观察 被引量:3

摘要 颅骨缺损患者36例随机分为手工成形组(16例)及模具成形组(20例)。将模具成形组颅骨缺损前后的颅脑CT数据在计算机上分别进行三维重建,采用计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造(CAD/CAM)技术,制作出与缺损处吻合良好的钛网并修补颅骨缺损。手工成形组于术中行钛网成形并修补颅骨缺损。结果模具成形组术中医师塑形工作量、麻醉时间及手术操作时间比手工成形组明显缩短,无1例出现颅骨修补后并发症。患者对塑形的满意度达到100%。认为采用CAD/CAM制作个性化塑性钛网用于修补颅骨缺损,取得了满意的整形效果。
