三坐标测量柴油机机体整体设计方案

摘要 为实现柴油机机体的自动上料,准确重复定位,整体防震,适应车间在线检测环境,确保测量的重复性和再现性,解决型腔复杂柴油机机体长深孔的测量问题,对柴油机机体特点进行了分析。设计出了从工装、运送、基础测量、工艺等几方面的三坐标测量柴油机机体的整体方案。目前该系统已经投入使用,测量程序运行良好。 The characteristics of diesel engine block is analyzed in order to achieve the automatic loading, repeatable precise positioning, overall vibration prevention, measurement of longand deep holes in the engine block with complicated cavities, and accommodate in -line testing, ensure the repeatability and reproducibility. A comprehensive program is designed in consideration of clamping fixtures, transportation, infrastructure, measurement, etc.. The system has now been put into operation and the measurement program has been running smoothly.
