摘要 人β防御素2是细菌和前炎性因子刺激下合成表达的抗菌肽，主要分布在感染后的皮肤和黏膜组织中，构成机体抵御微生物的第一道化学屏障，在中耳胆脂瘤形成和发展的免疫学机制中发挥了重要作用。 Human β-defensin 2（hBD-2） is a kind of pathogens proinflammmatory cytokines and mainly expressed in infectious skin and mucosae, providing a barrier against microorganisms, hBD-2 plays an important role in the pathogenesis and the development of the human middle ear cholesteatoma.
