环氧化酶2在幽门螺杆菌相关性胃癌发生中作用研究进展

The Research Progress about the Role of COX-2 in the Relationship between Helicobacter Pylori and Gastric Cancer

流行病学研究表明，幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染与胃癌发生相关，世界卫生组织已于1994年将其列为人类Ⅰ类致癌原，但其确切机制仍未明了。近年来研究表明，HP感染诱导环氧化酶2（COX-2）过表达，COX-2在胃癌发生、发展过程中起着重要作用，可能是导致胃癌发生的机制之一。本文对HP感染与胃癌发生过程中COX-2及其相关致癌因素的研究进展予以综述。

Epidemiologic data indicated that the occurrence of gastric cancer should be related to Helcobacter pylori （HP）. The World Health Organization classified this bacterium as a class I carcinogen for gastric cancer in 1994. But the mechanisms of gastric cancer caused by HP have not been well understood. Recent studies revealed that the COX-2 expression level can be increased dramatically after HP stimulation, and COX-2 should play an important role in the development of gastric cancer and be involved in the mechanism of gastric cancer pathogencsis. This paper reviewed the progress about COX-2 and related factors, which are involved in the relationship of HP and gastric cancer.
