摘要
目的从mRNA水平检测基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的表达,探讨其与NSCLC侵袭转移的关系。方法用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术检测30例NSCLC组织与30例癌旁肺组织MMP-2mRNA的表达水平。结果MMP-2mRNA在NSCLC患者肺癌组织的表达高于癌旁肺组织(P〈0.01),MMP-2mRNA在有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织的表达高于无淋巴结转移的肺癌组织的表达(P〈0.01)。MMP-2mRNA的表达与NSCLC的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型均无明显相关性(P〉0.05)。结论MMP-2的表达与非小细胞肺癌NSCLC的侵袭转移有关,可成为NSCLC侵袭转移的辅助指标。
Objective To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and to study on the relationship between MMP-2 expression and invasion and metastasis of NSCLC. Methods The expression of MMP-2 mRNA in 30 NSCLC specimens and 30 non-neoplastic lung-adjacent tissue samples were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( RT- PCR). Results The results of RT-PCR showed that the expression levels of MMP-2 mRNA in NSCLC was significantly bigher than that in non-neoplastic lung-adjacent tissue( P 〈 O. 01 ). The expression of MMP-2 mRNA in NSCLC with metastasis was higher than that in those without metastasis (P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of MMP-2 mRNA was not associated with gender, age, tumor size and histological type( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Overexpression of MMP-2 mRNA was closely associated with NSCLC invasion and metastasis, which suggested that MMP-2. play important roles in the proceeding of NSCLC invasion and metastasis.
