摘要 采用随机抽样法对湘西自治州的276名在职农村中小学教师进行了"教师职业压力和心理健康"问卷调查,发现民族地区农村中小学教师的生存状态欠佳:身体健康令人心痛,心理健康存在危机;其主要原因是经济负担重、工作负担重、心理负担重;要改善这一不良现状关键在于"减负",这需要社会、学校和教师个人等方面的共同努力。 276 rural school teachers in xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture have been investigated with "the Questionnaire of Teach ers' Professional Pressure and Psychological Health " by random sampling, we found that the survival conditions of the rural school teachers in ethnic areas are not good, physical health is worrying and psychological health is poor. The causes of this problem are mainly from burdens of economy, job as well as psychology. So "burden ease-off" will be the key approach to solve this problem and it requires the joint efforts from the society, schools and individual teachers.
