全髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折

The Old Patients with Intertrochanteric Fractures of Femur Treated by Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的：探讨全髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：用全髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折24例：结果：24例手术均顺利，术后随访48～96个月，平均55个月。按Harris评分标准，优良率为92％，无脱位、假体松动，无感染，无异位骨化，无DVT发生。结论：全髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折是一种较好的方法，患者可早期负重行走，减少并发症，提高生活质量。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effects of total hip arthroplasty （THA） in the treatment of the intertrochanteric fractures of femur in the aged people. Methods：Twenty - four patients with intertrochan- teric fractures of femoral were treated by THA. Results ： The operations performed on these patients were successful. The patients were followed up for a period of 48 - 96 months, an average of 55 months, no dislocation, prosthesis loosing, infection, ectopic ossification and deep vein thrombosis（DVT） were observed. According to Harris evaluation criterion, the excellent rate was 92%. Conclusions：The THA is a good treatment method for the aged patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur, which enables these patients could walk with loading as early as possible, could diminishes complications and improve the quality of the patients＇ life.
