摘要
本文聚焦于因特网的一些基本特点对网络传播的社会管理的挑战,并讨论对网络的社会管理中法制建设同自律/道德建设及技术手段的关系。
The paper focuses on the interact basic characteristics and its challenges to the interact communication social management, and discusses on the relationship between legal ＆ moral construction and technical means in internet social management.
