微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗上尿路结石

MICRO-DAMAGE PERCUTANEOUS RENOPUNCTURE EXTRACTION OF UPPER UROLITH

目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(Mini-PCNL)治疗上尿路结石的安全性与有效性。方法从2006年9月～2007年9月,利用Mini-PCNL技术治疗上尿路结石26例。结果26例患者中,一期取净结石18例,二期取净结石4例行,结石取净率84.6%,4例残留结石行体外冲击波碎石治疗后排出。结论Mini-PCNL治疗上尿路结石安全,损伤小,高效,并发症少,是治疗上尿路结石良好的微创方法。

Objective To evaluate the availability and clinical outcome of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) in treating upper urinary calculi.Methods A total of 46 patients suffering from upper urinary calculi who were treated with MPCNL.Results Of 46 cases,one-stage stone free was achieved in 33 cases,second-look was needed in 9 cases.4 cases were cured by ESWL after MPCNL.Conclusion MPCNL is regarded as a minimal invasive and good effective method for treatmenting renal or upper ureteral stones
