摘要
目的探讨防范护理纠纷的对策,减少或杜绝护理纠纷。方法分析本科发生的护理纠纷,提出了改进护理管理、改善服务态度、提高护士综合素质、增强法律意识培养、妥善处理存在问题的措施。结果1年多来,我科室未发生任何护理纠纷,患者住院期间和出院后满意度回访率为97.8%~99.0%,护理质量监控成绩优秀,护理工作达到了零缺陷。结论健全的制度管理,有效的防范对策,是确保护理安全、构建和谐护患关系的重要手段。
Objective To probe into the measures for the prevention of nursing issue, then decreasing and putting an end to it. Methods The pursing issues occurring in our section were analyzed, and the prevention measures, such as, improving the management of nurses, facilitating the service attitude, boosting the overall quality of nurses, strengthening the legal consciousness and coping with the existing problems properly etc. , had been brought forward. Results For one year, no any nursing issues occur in our department. With a return visit paid, the rate of satisfaction of patients during hospitalization period or after leaving the hospital was 97. 8% to 99.0%. The nursing quality under supervision was excellent and the nursing work was zero defect. Conclusion The sound management system and effective prevention measures are the important method in guaranteeing the safe nursing and construing the harmonious relation between the patients and nurses.
