摘要
在TBM施工前,岩石的可掘进性研究是隧道工程地质研究中的一项重要内容,而我国目前还没有进行岩石可掘进性研究的试验室。国外关于岩石可掘进性研究的试验方法已有很多,但还没有一套标准的试验方法。岩石可掘进性研究目的主要有三个:TBM的设计、刀具磨损的预测和掘进速率的预测,并围绕这三个方面分别介绍了目前主流的试验方法,并结合TBM刀具的破岩机理对各种方法的优缺点进行初步的分析和评价,并推荐了用线性切割机试验来进行TBM的设计,用CERCHAR试验来测定岩石的磨蚀性。
The study of rock boreability for TBM tunnelling is one of the most important parts in engineering geology research. So there are many kinds of testing methods overseas, but the report of rock bore.ability research is almost not found in China. It is concluded from the lots of references that the study of rock boreability has three purposes: providing references for designing TBM, predicting the amount of cutter wear and predicting the advance rate of the TBM. These are necessary and important both for the designer and contractor. This paper introduces several more popular testing methods: the linear cutting machine test, the punch test, the CERCHAR abrasiveness index test, the abrasion value test, the brittleness test and the NCB cone indenter test. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods have been primarily analyzed based on the rock breakage mechanisms induced by TBM cutters and the linear cutting machine test and the CERCHAR abrasiveness index test are recommended.
