摘要 针对现有隧道结构设计方法存在的问题,将风险和全寿命的理念引入隧道结构设计,应用风险评估和全寿命费用分析的理论对现有设计方法进行改进,提出了基于风险的隧道结构全寿命设计方法。论文根据隧道结构设计的特点讨论了风险评估、全寿命费用分析、方案决策分析的方法和内容,给出了基于风险的隧道结构全寿命设计方法框架,并探讨了需进一步研究的问题。 The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework transforming the traditional tunnel supports design approach into a risk-based life cycle design approach. Designing of tunnel structure should result in optimal solutions. However it is not straightforward due to the high degree of complexity and uncertainty in establishing such solutions. Firstly the main problems of traditional tunnel structure design method are summarized in this paper. To deal with these problems, the concepts of life cycle and risk are introduced to improve the traditional method. In response to the features of tunnel structure design, the process of life cycle cost analysis, risk assessment and decision-making are discussed. Then the new tunnel structure design flowchart is presented, which evaluates the design options by life cycle cost and risk assessment during its lifetime. The consequence using this method will result in balanced tunnel structure with respect to costs, safety and durability.
