摘要
介绍了钻孔灌注桩桩底压浆技术的研究现状、作用机理及应用,并且结合某立交桥钻孔灌注桩桩底沉渣的处理,重点介绍了该技术及在工程中的爆破方案与压浆工艺。实践结果表明,爆破方案的成功实施为灌注桩桩底压浆技术的使用创造了条件,沉渣得到了有效处理,达到了预期目的。该方法值得进一步推广和运用。
Research actuality, working mechanism and application of grouting at cast-in-place bored pile bottom are introduced in the paper. This technique is introdueed based on treatment of sediment of cast-inplace bored pile bottom of one junction, and blasting scheme and grouting eraftwork of the works are introduced mainly in this paper. The result proves that succeeding execution of the blasting scheme creates conditions for application of grouting technique at cast-in-place bored pile bottom and the sediment is treated effectively as expected. The teehnique is worth spreading and exercising widely.
