摘要
对采用零电压谐振转换技术的BUCK变换器进行了分析,为验证所作的分析,设计并仿真了一个这样的变换器。结果表明,此变换器很好地实现了功率管的零电压开关,从而减少了开关损耗,故适宜低压小功率输出时高频工作;另外,与新近的零电压转换(ZVT)技术比较,它无需辅助开关管即可实现主管的零电压开关,变换器简单经济。
A BUCK converter adopting zero voltage resonant transition technique is detailly analyzed. Then a converter is developed and simulated,the results show that the switching losses are greatly reduced. Though its conduction losses are somewhat inherently increased, this kind of converter is suitable for low output voltage and low output power application, and high frequency operation;also,compared with the advanced zerovoltagetransition(ZVT)counterpart,its main switches can achieve zero voltage switch (ZVS) without any auxillary switches.Thus,this kind of converter is simple and economical.
