摘要
三维适形放疗与普通放疗相比其优点在于能够提高靶区的受照剂量，同时降低正常组织受量，提高治疗的增益比。放疗与化疗的联合治疗越来越受到重视，二者联合有益于提高局控率同时降低远处转移率，从而提高食管癌患者的生存率。
Compared to conventional radiotherapy, three-dimensional confonnal radiotherapy （3D- CRT） could increase the dose delivered of target volumes and at the same time decrease the dose of normal tis- sues, and improve the enhance ratio of treatment. More attention has been paid to combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy , which can improve local control rate, decrease distant metastasis and therefore improve survival rate of esophageal neoplasms
