肺癌脑转移同期放化疗机制及相关研究 被引量:1

Mechanism of concurrent chemoradiotherapy on brain metastases of lung cancer and correlation study

摘要 同期放化疗是肺癌脑转移瘤的新治疗模式。放疗可以开放血脑屏障,促进化疗药物进入转移灶,提高局灶浓度。多种化疗药物已经通过动物实验及临床试验证实可通过脑肿瘤放疗后的血脑屏障,同时放疗和化疗相互作用可提高治疗效果。部分临床试验提示,同期放化疗治疗肺癌脑转移可提高近期有效率,延长生存期。 Concurrent chemo-radiotherapy is a new way to treat paitents with brain metastases from lung cancer. The blood-brian barrier can be opened more widely by whole brain radiotherapy, then the chemotheropy drugs can be promoted into the metastases, and the local concentration is increased. Some chemotherapy drugs can get into brain tissue through the distrueted blood-brian barrier in some studies. At the same time chemotherapy and radiotherapy can interact with each other in the progress of treatment. Some clinic trials have had a conclusion that concurrent chemo-radiotherapy can increase short term response rate and prolong survival time.
