摘要 在集成化供应链环境下,高效的供应商评估对企业的发展十分重要。利用层次分析法(AHP)建立了混合指标组合下的供应商评估体系,按贡献特征对指标进行了分类设计,并对其源值获取及处理方法进行了研究。在某企业的成功应用证实了该方案具有较好的实用性及可行性,最后给出一算例说明其整个逻辑处理过程。 Supplier management is very important for the enterprise development in an integrated supply chain environment. It uses analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to develop a supplier assessment model. The model presents the target classification design and puts forward a solution of how to get and deal with the target value under the different contribution of the characteristics. The success of using the model in a company confirms that the model has good practicality and feasibility, a case study shows how to apply in the whole logic process.
