基于API的BOM的设计与开发

摘要 在指出BOM对企业具有重要作用的前提下,根据制造企业的特点,分析说明了自动生成BOM的关键技术。提出了如何利用工程图纸存取的API函数,从产品图纸中提取信息自动生成BOM的方法。最后给出了应用实例。应用结果证明,基于API设计的BOM,能减少制造企业中的重复性劳动,提高企业的信息化程度,有助于系统的高效无缝集成。 It describes the important functions of BOM for enterprises. Based on the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, it analyzes the key technologies about BOM making automatically, puts forward a method to extract information in CAD drawings using the API functions of engineering drawing access technology, develops an instance of BOM based on the API. Application results show that the BOM can decrease the repetitive working, improve the information level of the enterprises, and realize the integration of other systems according to the BOM with high efficiency.
