摘要
高架桥作业行走车是为城市高架桥建设施工而专门设计的高空作业用车,首先对高架桥作业行走车车架进行了结构设计,然后运用Pro/E软件对该车架进行了三维建模,在此基础之上,将模型导入有限元分析软件并进行了相关有限元分析,得到了该车架的最大应变、最大应力及车架车轮反力,其最大应力值未超过材料的允用应力,最大应变也满足设计要求,最后根据车架车轮反力计算保证车架不侧翻的配重,从整个车架设计结果来看整个车架安全可靠,可以应用于生产实际。
The operations walking vehicle in viaduct is a specially designed for high building viaduct. It designs the structure of vehicle frame, the model is established by software of Pro/E. Using the finite element analysis, it achieves about the maximum stress and strain in vehicle frame and the maximum reaction in wheels. The weight is calculated in order to ensure non - turn over, the results assures the credibility and safety of the whole vehicle frame.
