立足中国特定的社会历史背景探讨中国城乡二元结构形成原因,可以发现,中国初期工业发展基础薄弱是导致城乡二元发展的根本原因。在此基础上,提出"城乡有限二元化"发展模式,寻求符合中国实际的破除城乡二元结构壁垒与禁锢的应对策略,逐步推动城乡一体化进程,就成为整体社会和谐发展的必然要求。

Based on the socio-historical context to investigate the forming reason of dualistic urban-rural structure, we can discover that the weak foundation of industrial development is the root reason of the development about city and countryside. On this basis, it is an inevitable requirement of a harmonious society to propose the development model of ＂limited dualization of city and countryside＂, to seek the coping strategies accords with china＇s reality to explode the barrier and durance of city and countryside dual structure, and to promote the process of urban-rural integration gradually.
