General Frames Construction of Integrative Planning of Urban and Rural Public Transit

城乡一体化进程的推进对城乡综合交通体系与城乡公共交通的一体化发展提出了新的要求。论文在对城乡公交公共交通进行概念界定和运营特征分析的基础上,分析现状区域公共交通发展的制约因素,提出城乡公交一体化规划总体框架及战略层面、设施层面、运营层面的子规划内容,协调城乡公共交通的高效、有序、健康发展。

The process of integrative development advances new requests to the planning of the urban-rural and public transit system. Based on the concept defined and the character of urban and rural public transit, this paper analyzes the restrict factors of the development of urban and rural public transit and attempts to advance the general frames construction of the integrative planning of urban and rural public transit including the contents of stratagem planning, establishment planning and operation planning, in order to harmonize the urban and rural public transit development.
