“大单位”在旧城更新改造中对历史建筑的保护——以南京地区“大单位”为例

Protection of Historic Building in renewal Rrocess of "Big Unit":Evidence from Nanjing

在城市发展过快,历史建筑遭到建设性破坏的阶段,"大单位"稳定而凝滞的发展性质却形成了城区历史建筑保护的平衡斑块。以南京为例,说明"大单位"为保护城市历史风貌做出的重要贡献,从而,进一步分析"大单位"对历史建筑本身的保护策略,以期为旧城更新改造过程中历史建筑的保护提供借鉴。

In the stage of fast urban development, historic building was destroyed constructively. The＂big units＂ with steady and sluggish nature have formed a balance block to protect urban historic building. In this study, an important contribution of＂Big Unit＂ in protecting the historic landscape and features of city was shown when Nanjing was analyzed as an example. Thereby, the protection strategies of the ＂Big Units＂ on the historic building itself are analyzed, with a view to provide reference to the protection of historic buildings in the process of renewal and reconstruction of old cities.
