摘要
以w(Al2O3)≥98.5%的工业氧化铝粉(≤0.088mm),w(ZrO2)〉65.5%的锆英砂(≤0.25mm),W(ZrO2)〉85.0%的脱硅锆(3~5mm),w(ZrO2)〉39%的熔铸AZS-41熟料(4~20mm)为原料,助熔剂为训(Na2CO3)≥99.0%的纯碱(≤0.088mm),采用脱硅锆原料或熔铸AZS-41熟料补充ZrO2的两种配加料引入方式配料后混匀,分批加入电弧炉中,在高于1800℃的温度下熔融后浇注到铸模中,铸件再经过冷凝、退火、切割、磨削和预组装后,制成熔铸AZS-36耐火材料制品,研究了两种配加料引入方式对熔铸AZS-36耐火材料制品抗玻璃液侵蚀、玻璃相渗出量及气泡析出率的影响。结果表明:添加熔铸AZS-41熟料或较多的脱硅锆,可以改善制品的抗玻璃液侵蚀性及玻璃相的渗出量;进一步提高配料的纯度,控制其Fe2O3、TiO2等杂质成分的含量,有助于减少制品高温下玻璃相的渗出量。
Industrial alumina powder( ≤0. 088 mm and w(Al2O3 )≥98.5% ) ,zircon sand( ≤0.25 mm and w(ZrO2) 〉 65.5% ),desilicated zirconia(3 -5 mm and w(ZrO2 ) 〉8.5.0% ),fused cast AZS-41 chamotte (4-20 mm and w(ZrO2) 〉39%) were used as the starting materials and sodium carbonate (≤0. 088 mm and w( Na2CO3 )≥99.0% ) was used as the fluxing agent. Fused cast AZS -36 refractory products were made by adding desilicated zirconia or fused cast AZS -41 chamotte to compensate ZrO2,mixing all the materials well,adding in the arc furnace by batch,melting at over 1 800 ℃,pouring into the moulds,condensing, annealing,cutting,grinding and pre-assembling. The corrosion resistance to molten glass,glass phase exudation quantity and bubble separation ratio of fused cast AZS -36 products with two kinds of ZrO2 compensating materials were researched. The results showed that : ( 1 ) Adding fused cast AZS -41 chamotte or some more desilicated zirconia could improve the corrosion resistance to molten glass and glass phase exudation quantity; (2)The glass phase exudation quantity at high temperature could be reduced by increasing the purity of batch and controlling the content of impurities,such as Fe2O3 and TiO2.
