摘要
在强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化剂存在下,以苯乙酮、乙二醇为原料合成苯乙酮环乙二缩酮,分别研究了反应温度,反应时间,原料配比,催化剂用量等条件对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。该方法合成苯乙酮环乙二缩酮的最佳工艺条件是:反应温度为95℃,反应时间2.5 h,n(苯乙酮)∶n(乙二醇)=0.2∶0.28;强酸性阳离子交换树脂用量为1.5 g;带水剂环己烷为40 mL(苯乙酮为0.2 mol的情况下)。苯乙酮环乙二缩酮的收率可达到96.25%,产品纯度99.5%以上。催化剂不经处理可循环使用多次。该催化剂具有价廉易得、催化活性好、不腐蚀设备、无环境污染等优点。
The synthesis of acetophenone ethylene glycol ketal from acetophenone and ethylene glycol using strong acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst was studied. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, materials ratio, amounts of catalyst on the synthesis was studied. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows, reaction temperature was 95℃, reaction time was 2.5 h; n(acetophenone) : n(ethylene glycol) =0.2 : 0. 28; the amount of strong acidic cation exchange resin was 1.5 g; the taking water reagent (eyclohexane) was 40 mL(when acetophenone was 0.2 mol). The yield of acetophenone ethylene glycol ketal reached 96.25 %. The purity of acetophenone ethylene glycol ketal was 99.5%. The catalyst could be used for several times without any treatment. Experimental results showed that the catalyst had many advantages, such as easy preparation, low cost and high activity. It was also non-corrosive and pollutionfree to the environment.
