蛎敌荔枝螺体内8种金属元素含量及评价

The Assessment on the Contents of the Metals Element in Thais gradata

用火焰原子吸收分光光度计对广东电白附近海域的蛎敌荔枝螺的肌肉、肝脏及性腺3种组织器官中的砷,铅,镍,镉,铜,锌和铁的含量进行了测定,同时用高频耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定锡的含量。试验结果表明:各种金属在不同器官中的分布不同;除锡含量低于"香港标准"外,砷、铅、镍、镉、铜和锌的含量均高于"海洋生物污染评价标准"或"人体消费卫生标准"。

As,Pb,Ni,Cd,Cu,Zn and Fe contents in muscle, liver, and gonad of the Thais gradata from Dianbai areas were determined by Flame atomic absorption was determined by ICP-AES method. The results showed sp th ectrophotometry. The contents of Sn element at the distributions of the metals in various tissues of the Thais gradata were quite different. Except the content of Sn was within the local regulatory standard for Marine Organisms and Medical Standard for Human Consumption.
