本文以近年来反映饭店研究的六大常量因素和三大新视角的研究文献作为样本,梳理与分析了近年来国内饭店行业的研究态势。试图通过文献数量﹑研究方法﹑研究内容等方面来了解当前饭店业的研究脉络和进展情况,并对未来的研究工作提出建议和展望。

The paper, taking constantly six and three major factors of the hospitality industry in the past years as a sample, analyzes the recent national trend of the hotel industry. Trying to understand the currently research history and progress of hospitality industry through the literature and research content. At last, the paper points out some proposals and prospects for the future research.
