摘要
在当今社会主义新农村建设中,京郊乡村旅游发展态势迅猛,千篇一律的农家乐已无法满足当代城市人的需要。宏观政策的扶持、消费市场的成熟,对乡村旅游提出了更高的要求。针对乡村旅游这种重游率极高的近程市场产品,本文以北京市顺义区焦庄户村为典型案例,在分析北京乡村旅游市场整体特征的基础上,结合当地"中国地道战之乡"、"果粮之乡"等资源、产品、市场的特点,提出了以"品质、特色"为核心的"主题民俗村"开发模式,并以此为龙头带动地区产业的协同发展,为现阶段中国乡村旅游产品的升级换代做了积极的尝试探索。
Today Rural tourism has achieved a rapid development in building new socialist countryside. The new situation such as macropolicy or market demand required the higher level of rural tourism. Based on Beijing rural market, this paper proposed "Theme Folk Village" for Beijing Shunyi Jiaozhuanghu village which improved the regional industry development in coordination and tried to find the path for raising the level of china rural tourism products.
