摘要
钴是生命科学中极为重要的生命元素.是生物体内必需的痕量元素。在氢酶、甲基辅酶M还原酶、一氧化碳脱氢酶、超氧歧化酶和尿酶中均发现其活性中心含有钴离子旧。苯妥英(5,5-Diphenylhydantion.简写为Hpht)是治疗癫痫病的首选药物,作为生物配体.苯妥英是以N和O原子为配位原子,与过渡金属形成的配合物有着丰富的立体结构和生物活性刚。
The title complex [Co(pbt)2(bipy)](Hpht: 5,5-diphenylhydantoin, i.e. phenytoin ;bipy: 2,2-dipyridine) was synthesized by hydrothennal methods and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal structure determination. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=2.697 7(3) nm, b= 0.868 40(10) nm, c=1.622 8(2) nm, β=119.66(2)°, V=3.303 6(6) nm^3, Dc= 1.443 mg·m^-3, Z=4, F(000)= 1 484,μ=0.572 mm^-1, R=0.039 5, wR=0.082 7[I〉2σ(I)], GOF=1.045. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity by diffusion test in vitro. It was found to be active against the three test bacterial organisms. CCDC: 669594.
