The qualities of watermelon and melon includes outer appearance, nutrition and flavor qualities, and they are affected by many factors such as cuhivar, soil condition, fertilizer supply; water supply, cultivate means, growth regulator, harvest, storage, and etc. Breeding methods and culture techniques should be considered to improve the qualities of watermelon and melon.
