黄瓜断根嫁接方法和嫁接苗出圃标准的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以津春2号黄瓜为接穗,黑籽南瓜、超丰抗生王为砧木,分别以不同插入基质深度(1,2,3cm)、不同切面长度(0.4,0.8,1.2cm)、不同地上部高度(3,4,5cm)处理进行断根嫁接,研究不同断根嫁接方法对嫁接苗成活率和生长的影响。研究结果表明,插入基质深度1~2cm、接穗切面长度0.8cm左右、地上部砧木高度3cm左右适合黄瓜断根嫁接。 The effects of different treatments that involved depth of stocks inserting ( 1, 2, 3 cm ), length of blade sections ( 0.4, 0.8, 1.2 cm ) and height of overground plant ( 3, 4, 5 cm ) with Jinchun No.2 as scion, Cucurbita gcifolia and Chaofengkangshengwang as rootstocks on cucumber seedlings were investigated. The results showed that 1-2 cm depth of stocks inserting, 0.8 cm length of blade sections and 3 cm height of shoots, would be suitable for root-cut-grafting.
