在世界发展过程中,收入差距以及贫困现象已经成为全球性的问题。本文探讨了日本社会存在的收入差距问题。通过分析发现,缩小收入差距也是当今日本政府面临着的一个重要课题。本文分析了日本社会收入差距的现状、成因以及日本政府所采取的缩小收入差距的对策,并对中国解决收入差距问题提供了有益的启示。

In the course of world development, the income gap and poverty have become a global problem. Not only developing countries, but also developed countries are existed the income gap and poverty increase and other issues. This paper studies the income gap between Japanese society. Through the analysis found that reduced the income gap toward today＇s Japanese Government is also an important issue. This paper analyses the income gap between Japanese social status, causes and reduced the income gap measures by Japanese Government. Those measures are useful suggestions for China＇s resolve the income gap.
