掌跖脓疱病、疱疹样脓疱病与HLA-DQB1等位基因的相关性研究 被引量：2

摘要 采用聚合酶链-序列特异性引物（PCR-SSP）方法，对14例掌跖脓疱病、9例疱疹样脓疱病患者进行HLA-DQB1＊0201、0603基因检测。结果发现HLA-DQB1＊0201的频率在掌跖脓疱病中显著升高；HLA-DQB＊0603的频率在疱疹样脓疱病中显著升高。本研究支持掌跖脓疱病、疱疹样脓疱病，均属于脓疱型银屑病的观点。
