铝合金复合型精密铸造工艺研究与应用

Application of Compound Shell Mold Investment Casting in Complicated Aluminum Alloy Parts

介绍了铝合金熔模-金属复合型和树脂砂-熔模复合型铸造两种新型铸造工艺方法。针对铸件结构特点,对不同部位采用不同铸型,即采用复合型铸造工艺方法使铸件成形完整并控制各部位组织和性能,是研制复杂铸件的有效途径。

Two kinds of new casting technology for complicated aluminum alloy parts were described including investment casting-metallic mold and resin sand-investment casting compound mold.Aiming at structure features of aluminum alloy parts,different compound molds were used at different location of complicated aluminum alloy parts.It is an effective approach to produce complicated aluminum alloy castings by adopting compound mold technology and controlling microstructure and properties of different locations.
