摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,研究了Er、Nd对铸态Mg-0.6Zr合金的组织和常温力学性能的影响。结果表明,Er、Nd对Mg-Zr镁合金组织均有细晶强化和固溶强化作用,提高了合金的力学性能。Mg-0.6Zr合金中添加Nd、Er后晶粒尺寸由300μm分别细化至80μm和50μm左右。添加0.94%的Nd后,Mg-0.6Zr合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了13.87%和137.1%,屈服强度基本不变。而添加1.09%的Er后,Mg-0.6Zr合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别提高了11.16%、11.94%和2.35%。复合加入Er和Nd时,合金的抗拉强度同单独加入Er后合金的抗拉强度相当,屈服强度和伸长率略有下降。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-0.6Zr alloys containing Er and Nd were investigated by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy spectrum analysis.The results reveal that mechanical properties of the Mg-0.6Zr alloy can be distinctly improved with Er and Nd addition as a result of grain refinement strengthening and solution strengthening.Grain size in microstructure of the alloy can be refined from 300 μm to 80 μm and 50 μm with Er or Nd addition.Tensile strength and elongation of the Mg-0.6Zr alloy with 0.94% Nd addition can be increased by 13.87% and 137.6%,respectively,with the slight change of yield strength,compared with those of matrix alloy,while those of the alloy with 1.09% Er addition can be increased by 11.16%,11.94% and 2.35%,respectively.Tensile strength of the alloy with mixed Er and Nd addition is equivalent to that of the alloy with Er addition,however,yield strength and elongation are somewhat declined.
