广州地区大学生社会支持与自杀意念关系研究

Relationship of College Students' Social Support and Suicidal Ideation in Guangzhou City.

目的了解广州市大学生自杀意念出现率及获得社会支持状况。方法整群随机取样,使用社会支持评定量表和贝克绝望量表对广州市5所高校的413名大学生进行调查。结果①12.6%的大学生有自杀意念;②社会支持与自杀意念显著相关;③女生的社会支持总分,客观支持和支持利用度显著高于男生;④农村大学生主观支持显著高于来自城镇大学生;⑤非独生子女在支持总分和主观支持显著高于独生子女;⑥主观支持方面,人均月家庭收入500元及以下显著高于1500～2500元以及2500元以上大学生得分。结论有针对性增加社会支持防止自杀行为的发生。

Objective To understand the prevalence of suicidal ideation and to find out the social support state of college students.Methods By cluster random sampling,413 college students were surveyed with SSPS and BHS in five universities of luangzhou.Results ①12.6% of responders had suicidal ideation.②The correlation between the social support and the suicidal ideation was significant.③The total support,objective support and useful support scores were higher of the female than the male.④The subjective support scores were higher in the students came from town and village than those froin city.⑤The total support and subjective support scores were higher of not-only children than only childyen.⑥The subjective support were higher in below 500 income family than in 1500-2500 family and above 2500 family.Conclusion Social supports should be improved and corresponding measurements should be taken to prevent suicide.
