摘要
目的探讨幽默风格与孤独感的关系。方法采用幽默风格量表(HSQ,Humor Styles Questionnaire)和UCLA孤独量表对江西某高校342名大学生进行测试。结果1自强型、亲和型、嘲讽型、自贬型幽默和孤独感呈显著年级差异;2孤独感与自强型、亲和型幽默显著负相关,与嘲讽型、自贬型幽默显著正相关;34种幽默类型对孤独具有较好的预测作用,可解释总变异量的36%,F(4,381)=47.362,P<0.001。结论幽默风格与孤独感关系密切,其中自强型幽默对孤独具有较好的预测作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between humor styles and loneliness.Methods 342 university students from Jiangxi province were tested by HSQ and UCLA.Results ①There were significant grade differences in self-enhancing,affiliative,aggressive,self-defeating and loneliness.②Loneliness indicated strong negative correlations with self-enhancing and affiliative,but positive correlations with aggressive and self-defeating.③Four humor styles had a significant regression effect on loneliness,and could explain 36% of the variance of loneliness[F（4,381）=47.362,P〈0.001）].Conclusion The stepwise regression analysis results showed that four variables contributed meaningfully to loneliness,and the self-enhancing humor styles was the best predictor of loneliness.
