Mental Health Intervention on Junior Middle School Students with Learning Difficulties.

摘要 目的探讨综合心理健康干预对提高学习困难初中生心理健康水平的效果。方法将24名学习困难初中生随机等分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行为期3个月的综合心理健康干预,运用中学生心理健康量表(MHT)评价两组学生干预前后及1个月后追踪后测效果并作对比分析。结果实验组前测与后测和追踪后测相比评分均发生了显著性变化(P<0.01或P<0.05),后测与追踪后测相比各因子分无显著性变化,但总分变化具有显著性(P<0.05);实验组后测与对照组后测评分相比也产生了显著性变化(P<0.01)。而对照组前测、后测和追踪后测评分均未产生显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论综合心理健康干预有助于提高学习困难初中生心理健康水平。 Objective To examine the effect of comprehensive mental health intervention on junior middle school students with learning difficulties.Methods 24 junior middle school students with learning difficulties were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group evenly.Three months of comprehensive mental health intervention was conducted in the experimental group.MHT was used to evaluate the effect of the intervention.Results The scores of the pre-test compared with the post-test and post-test of follow-up of the experimental group had significant changes(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05),and there was no significant change between the post-test group and the post-test of follow-up group,but the total score of MHT changed significantly(P〈0.05).The scores of post-test of the experiment group changed compared with those of the control.The scores of the control group in its' pre-test,post-test and post-test of follow-up did not change significantly.Conclusion Comprehensive mental health intervention was efficient to improve mental health level of junior middle school students with learning difficulties.
