西安、赤峰两地高考生考试焦虑缓解方法的对比研究

Comparative Research in Methods of Relieving Examination Anxiety Between two middleschools of Xi'an and Chifeng.

目的了解两地高考生考试焦虑的现状,探索缓解考试焦虑的方法。方法采用Sarason考试焦虑量表测查西安、赤峰两地两校高三学生的考试焦虑情况,制定缓解方案并应用于实验组,然后对两所学校的缓解方案效果进行了比较。结果高考生的考试焦虑情况比较明显,文化、经济、民族不同的两校高考生之间比较无显著差异P>0.05。两所学校高考生缓解方案的效果均明显。即西安实验组A班第一、二次测评为19.21、15.77,t=6.15,P<0.01;赤峰实验组C班第一、二次测评为19.15、15.56,t=6.21,P<0.01。结论高考生考试焦虑普遍存在,地域分布并无显著差异,所制定的压力缓解方案简便易行且有实效。

Objectives To survey the condition of examination anxiety in high middle school students＇i.e.the examinees who would attend the national college entrance examination in Jun 2008.To probe an effective method which can be used to relieve the test anxiety in examinees.Methods Sarason test anxiety evaluation scale was used twice in examinees of the two middle high schools in Xi＇an in Shanxi province and Chifeng in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The examinees were randomly divided into two groups which were experimental group and controlling group.Before the second time evaluation,the students of experimental groups had been trained to learn how to relax the whole body muscles.Then systemic desensitization therapy was used in them.Finally the evaluation results of two groups were compared.Results The test anxiety was a kind of common situation in examinee and there was no significant distinction between the students from two areas with difference in culture,economy and nationality（P〉0.05）.The method of relieving examination anxiety was obviously effective in both areas.The results of twice measurement of the examinee in Class A of xi＇an were 19.21 and 15.77（t=6.15,P〈0.01）,while in Class C of Chifeng,the outcome were 19.15 and 15.56（t=6.21,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The examination anxiety was a common phenomenon in examinee,there was no significant difference in regional distribution.It was proved that the relieving therapy was effective to the students with test anxiety.
